Once a manuscript has passed the editorial review process, it will undergo a double-blind peer review system. At least two external reviewers are selected from the journal's database, the journal's editorial board, or other sources. These reviewers are experts in their fields. Review invitations are sent to reviewers with the abstract attached. The double-blind peer review technique is used by Oceania Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Humaniora , an anonymous peer review system in which the identities of the authors of the manuscript are hidden from the reviewers. Before the manuscript is given to the reviewers, details that could reveal the identity of the authors in the manuscript to the reviewers are removed. When sending reviewer comments to the authors, the identities of the reviewers are also hidden from the authors. Because it limits the possibility of bias from both selected reviewers and authors, this journal considers the double-blind peer review system to be a more effective review system.
